Once we have received and inspected your item, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and approval or refusal of the refund.

Refund approved

The refund will be applied to the original payment method.

Please allow 3 to 7 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

Refund refused

A return may be refused if the item:

• is damaged by the customer

• was carried

• is not in its original state
